Absolutely love my MUSE2 Digital Art Frame
it’s one of the best upgrades I’ve made for my space.
The display quality is stunning. Colors pop, blacks are deep, and my artwork (like this classic Magritte-inspired piece) looks incredibly rich and gallery-worthy. The slim black frame itself is elegant and modern, and once it’s properly up it basically disappears into the wall so the art takes center stage.
Quick note on setup: I initially had a little trouble getting it mounted perfectly flat against the wall — it was sticking out a bit at first, which bugged me. I reached out to their customer service and they were fantastic — super responsive, walked me through the fix, and got it sorted quickly. As you can see in the video, it’s now sitting flush and looks professional.
Overall, gorgeous frame, solid build, and excellent support. Highly recommend the MUSE2 if you want digital art that actually feels like real art on your wall. 10/10.
We love our Muse Frame. We've had it for several years. Support has been fantastic on it just helping it set it up and when we had minor problems with it, they've been very responsive. It's beautiful, It works perfectly. It's durable. We can show art and images from the Internet. It does videos with music, we've put artwork that the kids have done and other things that we really love, family memories, and even some NFTs. Highly recommended.
You can provide the correct attachments to be able to attach the frame to the wall without it standing proud by 10cm. Remember this is meant to look like a picture on a wall not a wall mounted TV. You install guide/video has a different bracket that looks to fit flat to the wall and also easier I installation, the one you’ve provided needs engineering degree to install and is obviously not designed for the job as the instruction all talk of TV Installation, equally the bolts provided with the wall bracket are 20cm long and need a structural engineer survey to be installed - very inappropriate for home installation.
I’m not expecting a reply as so far I’ve had no replies from you as a company. Very poor service and I have requested my money back due to the lack of support.

Waited 6 weeks for my frame. Finally showed up broken in the box. Sent several emails with pictures for an RGA number to return, but can't get a response. Terrible customer service.. Beware.
I ordered the Muse Frame (33” square), and before it shipped the team offered me the newly released V2 model at the same price. That alone was an excellent gesture—but the frame itself has exceeded expectations.
The image quality is great. Colours are vivid, details are sharp, and artworks look closer to high-quality prints than a screen. My wife—who is usually skeptical of gadget purchases—called it the best tech item we’ve bought this year, which says a lot given we received it in November.
Setup was smooth. The frame arrived in very protective packaging (fortunately, as the outer box had sustained damage), and the included wall mount made installation easy. Once connected to wifi and paired with the app, adding images was intuitive. The frame also looks premium on the wall, with an authentic wood-style finish and surprisingly good speakers for pieces with audio.
A few areas could be improved:
• Reordering images in the app is unreliable—the scrolling often stops partway through long playlists.
• Background colour settings don’t always apply and sometimes default to black.
• A shuffle mode would greatly help so sequences don’t always play in the exact same order.
• GIF support is limited—I had to convert GIFs to looped videos on my Mac to get the intended effect.
With a slimmer profile, a closer-to-wall mount, and these software gaps addressed, this would be a 5-star product. Even so, it delivers a genuinely elevated experience for digital art at home, and we're very happy with the purchase.
I love the frame, video is so good, connects to my ledger for my NFTs but the sedition subscription is sweet. Just need to finish getting it installed on my wall.
It was the perfect addition to our newly remodeled home office. The muse frame allows me to have a $1M Basquiat painting or Andy Warhal paint without having to pay that price. We love it. We also recommended it to our friends
Although the Muse team had difficulties delivering within reasonable time, it's important to point out that the delay was not their fault and they did everything in their power to ship as fast as possible, stay in contact, update and generously upgrade! Outstanding frame in its construction, easy of setting up, easy of uploading images and impact on presentation of images. The screen is really good in not reflecting room light. Hanging the frame is straight forward (3 screws) and easy to rotate between horizontal and vertical positions. Really pleased and look forward to getting more frames.

I bought 2 32” frames. They were so easy to install and easy to set up. Love the way how easy they rotate.

I saw these in a Gallery in Byron Bay (picture attached) so I bought one. I don't have many NFT's so I just stream artwork from Sedition. The set up was really easy and the shipping was heaps fast even though I chose the longer free shipping option.
As an artist, I appreciate how well a Muse frame showcases artworks. With low glare, minimal reflections, rich colours and deep blacks, the images feel like fine art, rather than a TV screen. It's also very easy to load the works and display through the in built media player - with no playbar pop ups when they cycle through! It is a pleasure to show my art on them in galleries and private collections around the world.

I bought this Frame because I’m proud of my NFT collection and I’m looking long time ago for a frame were I get the NFTS right presented. And then I saw the Muse frame advertising and I was interested. So I bought the frame, and I was flashed how easy it was to connect the frame with my mobile phone, and how easy it was to connect my wallet with the app. And then I choose my NFTS and the frame showed me my NFTS in perfectly quality. The frame looks very nice and you get what you pay. The features are quite nice, so I can have as well my favorite picture on it.

Muse Frame is a professional digital art display designed to look and behave like a real framed artwork. Unlike regular digital frames, it uses a high-quality commercial panel, a solid wood frame, and a wall-first design that sits cleanly and discreetly in a space.
Muse Frame runs a custom Android system that supports curated art platforms like Sedition, while also allowing you to display your own images and videos. It is built for long-term display in homes, galleries, hotels, and commercial spaces.
What sizes and colors are available?

Is Muse Frame battery powered?
Muse Frame is not battery powered and needs to be plugged into a power source to operate. That said, we are actively working on adding battery support to future generations of Muse Frame, which will unlock much more flexibility in placement and use.
Does Muse Frame support NFTs and digital wallets?
Yes. Muse Frame supports NFTs and digital wallets, and we're very excited about what's coming next. Our new app expands support to 400+ wallets across more than 10 blockchains, including Tezos and Solana, making it easier than ever to display on-chain digital art directly on your frame.
How do I display NFTs on my Muse Frame?
You can display your own images and videos on Muse Frame either by loading them from a USB stick or by uploading and managing your content through the Muse app.
Download the Muse Frame mobile app from your app store. Create an account and connect your mobile app to your desired digital wallet (read only) and start adding your NFTs to your Muse Frame Gallery within the mobile app. Turn on your frame and you'll be prompted to connect your Muse Frame to your Muse Frame Mobile App via a QR code scan. Once connected, you can upload your art to multiple frames and fully customize and curate your gallery to your preferences.
Which apps work on Muse Frame (Muse, Sedition, others)?
Muse Frame comes with the Muse app and the Sedition app preinstalled, so you can start using it right away. Since the Muse Frame is Android-based, you are also free to install other compatible Android apps if you wish, giving you flexibility beyond the default apps.
Does the Muse Frame still play art even if the WiFi connection fails?
Yes, once you have loaded your desired digital art to your Muse Frame, the Muse Frame will save the art locally in the cache of the Muse Frame, to ensure art continues to play even if the internet connection fails.
How long does production take?
Muse Frames are typically in stock. During busy periods, holidays, or around major events, some colors or models may temporarily sell out. In those cases, production usually takes up to two weeks or less before shipping resumes.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on destination, stock availability, and the route used. Express shipping typically takes around two weeks, while standard shipping usually takes about four weeks. In some cases, we intentionally choose special routes to reduce or avoid import duties for customers, especially in the United States.
Where are you shipping from?
Our production facility is located near Hong Kong, and most Muse Frames are shipped from this region. Depending on the destination and shipping method, units may move through regional logistics hubs before final delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We deliver to almost any country, and if the destination is particularly remote, we will still do our best to meet the estimated shipping times.
Are customs duties included?
Import duties are typically not included, especially when the customer opts for express shipping. In many cases, duties can be covered if the customer reaches out right after placing the order and clearly indicates this request. Depending on the destination, timing, and logistics conditions, we may choose a special shipping route at our discretion when it is more convenient and beneficial for the customer.
Why does tracking sometimes take time to update?
With slower shipping methods, tracking numbers often do not update immediately. This does not mean the package is not moving. During this phase, the shipment is traveling through internal logistics networks where scans are limited or not publicly visible. Tracking usually starts updating once the package reaches the destination country or enters the local courier network.
What is covered under warranty?
The standard 1-year warranty covers the display and internal electronic components only. The external wooden frame is not included in the warranty, as it is considered a cosmetic element and may naturally age or be affected by environmental factors over time.
Any damage or malfunction caused by actions taken on the frame without prior instruction or approval from our team may void the warranty.
Can the warranty be extended?
Customers can opt for an additional year of extended warranty for a premium. If you are interested in extending the warranty, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this for you.
What happens if my frame arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@museframe.io immediately. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of both the unit and the packaging as it arrived. This is important for us to assess transport damage correctly. Once we receive this, we will review the case and get back to you within three business days with the next steps.
What resolution does the display have?
The 32-inch and 55-inch Muse Frames feature 4K resolution displays. The 33-inch square model uses a 2K resolution panel, and the 10-inch Muse Frame comes in Full HD.
What power adapter does Muse Frame use?
The larger Muse Frames use a standard 3-pin power cable, with the plug type depending on the country you purchase from. The 10-inch Muse Frame is powered via USB-C and requires a power source of at least 12V 3A.
Is the power cable available in white?
The power cable is typically black. If you prefer a different color, please contact us before or right after placing your order and we will check availability for you.
What materials are used for the frame?
The external frame is made of premium wood, designed to feel solid, refined, and suitable for long-term display in residential or professional spaces.
Is the display safe to run continuously for long hours?
Yes. Muse Frame is designed to run for long hours continuously. The display and internal components are built for extended use in homes, galleries, and commercial spaces, with proper heat management and stable performance over time.
What internet connection is required?
Muse Frame supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks. For the best performance, faster speeds, and maximum stability, we recommend using a wired Ethernet connection whenever possible.
What internal storage does the frame have?
The larger Muse Frames come with 64 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM. Depending on production availability, some units can be supplied with 128 GB of storage. The 10-inch Muse Frame includes 32 GB of storage and 2 GB of RAM.
Does Muse Frame have speakers or audio output?
Yes. The larger Muse Frames include built-in stereo speakers (2 x 10W). The 10-inch frame also has built-in speakers, though they are less powerful due to the smaller size.
How do I control the frame?
The larger frames come with a remote control for everyday use. The 10-inch frame is fully touch-screen and does not require a remote.
What mounting options are included?
The larger Muse Frames come with a standard VESA wall mount included, which also allows the frame to be rotated between portrait and landscape. The 10-inch Muse Frame comes with a tabletop stand designed for desk or shelf placement.
What ports and connections are available on the back of the frame?
The larger Muse Frames include two USB-A ports (USB 3.0), one microSD card slot, one 3.5 mm audio jack (AUX), one Ethernet (RJ45) port, one HDMI port, and one DC power input via barrel connector.
The 10-inch Muse Frame has a single USB-C port.
Why isn't the Muse App working on my frame?
This usually happens because the Muse App installed on the frame is outdated, which prevents it from loading correctly.
To fix this, please install the latest Muse APK on your frame using a USB stick:
Open Settings (press the icon on the remote) → System Settings → Native System Settings → Apps → All Apps → Muse → Open it, then press Uninstall and confirm.
For older Muse models:
Go to Settings → Apps → All Apps → Muse → Open it, then press Uninstall and confirm.
Then:
Download the file on a computer, copy it onto a USB stick, insert the USB into the frame, open File Manager on the frame and run the installation.
After completing this, please reinstall the Muse App on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.
Why isn't the Sedition App working on my frame?
This usually happens because the Sedition app installed on the frame is outdated, which can prevent it from loading correctly.
To fix this, please install the latest Sedition app version on your frame.
Go to Settings → Apps → All Apps → Sedition → Open it, then press Uninstall and confirm.
Download the above file on a computer, copy it onto a USB stick (32 GB or smaller, formatted as FAT32), insert it into the frame, then open File Manager and run the installation.

After that, the easiest option is usually to download the update directly from the launcher. Open the launcher, go to the Version / Updates section, and download the latest Sedition app from there.
Alternatively, you can install it manually, by downloading the file on a computer, copying it onto a USB stick, inserting the USB into the frame, opening File Manager on the frame and running the installation.
Once completed, please restart the frame and log in again.
Why isn't the small Muse 2 turning on?
Please make sure you are using the provided charger and that it is connected directly to a proper wall socket. Using extenders, power strips, or low-quality adapters can compromise performance on the 10-inch frame and may prevent it from turning on.
If the frame still does not power on, please contact support@museframe.io and include clear photos of the frame, a short video showing you plugging it in, and any visible indicator lights on the back of the frame.
