Shipping policy

Muse Frame offers worldwide shipping through a network of international courier and logistics partners, including FedEx, DHL, UPS and selected regional carriers depending on destination and route reliability at the time of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Standard shipping typically takes around 4–5 weeks from production completion to delivery, and in many cases it arrives sooner depending on customs flow and route conditions. Express shipping generally takes around 2 weeks, sometimes less, depending on the final destination and current logistics capacity.


Shipping times vary depending on region and global routing conditions. Deliveries to North America, Western Europe, the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Israel, Australia, and parts of South East Asia are generally faster and more reliable due to stronger logistics corridors and established last-mile networks. Other regions may experience longer transit times depending on customs procedures, port congestion, carrier coverage and local infrastructure. If you are unsure about delivery timing to your location, please confirm with us before ordering, as timelines can shift depending on current shipping routes.


Production timelines may vary depending on model availability and order volume. During high-demand periods, processing and dispatch may take longer. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Slower shipping periods commonly include Chinese New Year, late December and early January, Easter, national holidays in the origin or destination country, and periods of port congestion or peak freight cycles. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you.


We do our best to minimize customs duties and import charges where possible. In some cases, we use optimized or special logistics routes designed to reduce duties and import costs. While this can significantly lower fees, it may occasionally add additional transit time compared to direct express shipping. Muse Frame is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by destination authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment. All such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.


Muse Frame is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by courier rescheduling, last-mile delivery adjustments, customs inspections, weather disruptions, port congestion, carrier operational issues, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, final delivery timing is managed by the carrier. While we are always available to assist in coordinating with the courier, recipients are often able to secure faster resolution by contacting the courier directly.
